Bob Hurd Bob Hurd has served as a teacher, composer and liturgist in various pastoral and academic settings. He is currently teaching in the Graduate Pastoral Ministries Program of Santa Clara University. Bob has taught in Los Angeles, the Franciscan School of Theology, Berkeley, and St. Patrick’s Seminary, Menlo Park California. His widely used liturgical music is published by OCP and is featured in numerous hymnals in the United States, In 2005 he received the
Good and Faithful Servant award of the Southwest Liturgical Conference and in 2010 he received NPM’s Pastoral Musician of the Year award.  Bob lives in Claremont, California with his wife, Pia Moriarty, who has collaborated with him on much of his bilingual music.
 ValLimar Jansen ValLimar Jansen has sung sacred music since she was five years old. She trained as a Fine Arts major at Howard University in Washington D.C., and completed her BA at California State University, San Bernardino. Val completed her Master's Degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is near completion of her Ph.D., in Dramatic Arts.
 Frank Jansen Frank Jansen has been a professional musician for thirty years. He is a well-respected composer, arranger, performer, and teacher. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition. Frank also holds a Masters degree in Liturgical Music from Santa Clara University. He has been the composer/arranger for numerous Jazz Liturgies .
 Megan Gluhan Megan Gluhan I am currently the Music Teacher and Music Director for Holy Spirit School & Church in Almaden Valley. When I discovered I could sing, it inspired me to start writing music for the Catholic Church
Raul Mendoza  Raul Mendoza is the new music coordinator who will lead the SJV choirs in high seasons. He is a graduate from the Pastoral Ministry Program at SCU. Raul will also assume catechetic responsibilities in the Spanish community.
Jeffrey Benson Jeffrey Benson Jeffrey Benson is currently Director of Choral Activities at San José State University in San José, California. Dr. Benson has served as cover conductor for the Grammy award-winning Washington Chorus, where he helped to prepare the ensemble for Maestros Julian Wachner, Leonard Slatkin and Marvin Hamlisch.
Fr. Joseph Benedict Fr. Joseph Benedictis a priest of the Diocese of San Jose and presently serves as pastor of St. Joseph’s Cathedral.  He has a keen interest in preaching, presiding, and liturgical celebration.  He believes that weddings and funeral rituals provide a privileged context for celebration, evangelization, and reconciling persons to the Church.  He maintains that appropriate music and rich liturgical elements are critical in this process.
Fr. Kevin Joyce Fr. Kevin Joyce was born and raised in Alameda,. In 1991 Fr. Kevin received a Ph.D. in Spirituality from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where his special interests were the East-West interreligious dialogue and the great Christian spiritual masters.  From 2004 to 2009 he served as Director of SpiritSite, the Catholic Spirituality Center of the Diocese of San Jose.
Sr. Maryann Cantlon CSJ Sister Maryann Cantlon, CSJ I am a Sister of St. Joseph from Hartford, Connecticut . I hold a Master’s degree in Music from the University of Hartford and a Master’s in Theological Studies from the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley, California For ten years I taught high school, then moved into prison ministry as a teacher and also as a chaplain.
Jeffrey Abbott Jeffrey Abbott is the Director of Music at St. Denis Parish in Menlo Park and Our Lady of the Wayside Church in Portola Valley. He is a frequent guest organist at Mission Santa Clara on the campus of Santa Clara University .. Jeffrey studied music (organ, mostly) at Allegheny College and Duquesne University in Pennsylvania and at the McGill Summer Organ Academy in Quebec.
